Information Collection and Use
NannyCheckUSA obtains its information from the relevant credit reporting, third-party and government or state agencies where the information is stored. We do not sell any non-public information. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. NannyCheckUSA collects information from our users at several different points on our website and uses the information for internal marketing and administration purposes only. All users must have an appropriate use for the information and agree to abide by all local and federal laws regarding the purchase and dissemination of said information.

Registration
In order to use this website, a user must first complete the online registration form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest.

Order Forms
We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. This site uses cookies during the order and credit card authentication process to ensure the accuracy and security of the online order. Fraudulent or Contested Credit Card Charges
For unsubstantiated, contested, or fraudulent credit card charges, there will be an additional $25.00 MINIMUM processing charge plus collection and legal fees, if incurred. By placing an order with us you hereby agree to these terms.

Cancellations
If you call to cancel your order BEFORE the order is processed, then there will be a $15 cancellation charge assessed. BUT please be advised that once your request has been transmitted to our researchers it is NOT possible for us to cancel the charges, nor change or expedite the order.
