They has access to your most personal information, your house, possessions, children and car. What is a Background Check?
Many records kept by Federal, State and County organizations and legal entities are in fact considered to be Public Records. Public Records are freely accessible, and they include all criminal records, felonies and misdemeanors, outstanding arrest warrants, vital (family) records pertaining to birth, marriage death and divorce, and bankruptcy records.
          
Other records are protected by privacy laws, and can only be accessed with the express permission of the job seeker themselves. These include certain vehicle and driving license records, credit records, banking information and any court records that pertain to a juvenile, or have been sealed by court order. Juvenile and sealed court records are not accessible under any circumstances. But the others, such as credit and driving records can be accessed if you have the job seeker fill out a release.
       
What Background Checks do we offer?
We offer care-giver background checks that do not require a signed release, which affords you the peace of mind as well as complete privacy. The basic packages that we offer through this site DO NOT require a signed release.
         
BUT if you require or request a more exhaustive background check which does require a release then you will be told during the ordering process. You will be able to download and print a release form that can be signed by the job seeker and then faxed in to us. 
       
Should you check?
Be aware that no job seeker should be adverse to having a simple check of their background made, and in many companies it is mandatory. Almost all positions of responsibility now require it, and many companies have made it a standard part of their hiring process to mitigate costly litigation. We conduct thousands of such searches each year for companies nationwide. If a job seeker refuses to sign a waiver allowing you to make even a simple background check then you should be immediately concerned about their character and what they may be concealing about their previous actions. For many companies the truthfulness of the applicant is one of the most critical hiring factors, and lying on an application or hiding information are grounds for declining to hire. A minor misdemeanor is not.

We go directly to the source and access the actual records that are being kept on file at the Federal, State and County level. These is exactly the same time-tested background checks that we conduct for large corporations that employ people in critical positions of enormous trust and responsibility, such as cash handlers, armed security personnel and armored car drivers.
                                 
The records that we check for you
We can check the following WITHOUT a signed release from the applicant. You simply have to obtain the basic information from the applicant. It is usually contained in their resumee, or you can simply ask them to provide their contact information, previous employer and personal references. This is the only information required for us to conduct a search or research the following:
  • Criminal Records from County or State Criminal Record Repositories
  • Motor Vehicle Records from the State
  • Sex Offender Records from State databases  and local law enforcement agencies.
  • Employment History. We call previous employers and ask them a standard set of probing questions about the applicants work ethics, personality and morals.
  • Personal References. We call the personal references provided by the applicant and ask a well-tested range of questions that have proven to be very effective and illuminating.

Fraudulent or Contested Credit Card Charges
For unsubstantiated, contested, or fraudulent credit card charges, there will be an additional $25.00
MINIMUM processing charge plus collection and legal fees, if incurred. By placing an order with us you hereby agree to these terms.
       
Cancellations
If you call to cancel your order BEFORE the order is processed, then there will be a $15 cancellation charge assessed. BUT please be advised that once your request has been transmitted to our researchers it is NOT possible for us to cancel the charges, nor change or expedite the order.
